Where is the best place to buy a beach cruiser in San Diego?

I just moved to PB and I'm looking to get a beach cruiser bike. I'm wondering where the most reasonable (cheapest!) place to find a bike would be, or if any of the bike shops in the beach area are better than others.

1. Hello. My friend just bought a used, but brand-new looking mint green beach cruiser for $50 after responding to a guy's ad on craigslist. You might try finding a used bike before spending $100 plus on a new one. I've included a few web sites where you can peruse the classified ads. Good luck and welcome to San Diego!
2. Corner of Felspar and Mission Blvd next to South Coast Surf Shop. I dont know the stores name but the brand is called PHAT Cycles.
3. You can buy online for prices starting at $88 and most of the bikes for $95. Shipping in CA is around $20.
