How can I find cheap beachfront properties in Ecuador?

With no MLS system, finding cheap beachfront properties in Ecuador is not easy. I have spent hours scoring the net with no success, any suggestions?

1. I doubt you'd be able to do this without going there in person. I don't think they'd use the internet a lot there. Good luck.
2. Yea I agree its tough, I have been looking too, a lot of the property listings are weak at best on the net...but there is a new good report online that showed my friend how to find some great deals...at EcuadorRealEstate.org
