Do you live in a beachfront or lakefront? How much did you pay for your home? What is the cheapest you know?

I always dream of having a beachfront or lakefront (more on beachfront) property but mostly are out of our budget. i hope you can recommend an affordable one in any 50 states. thanks

1. have lived on waterfront property in Maine, Mass, MD, Va, NC, FL, TX . highest we paid was 45,000.
2. beachfront...my parents paid 55k 13 years ago, but today you can get one for around 150k...still not too bad...look in the little towns near Corpus Christi TX...great views, nice people, and the best food in the country!
3. FL and NJ, ocean front 1 mill on the low side
4. We have a summer house directly on the Chesapeake Bay in MD. Paid $20,000 for the lot (2 acres) from the bank. And another 150,000 for the house. Today it's worth $800,000
