What kind of schooling should I consider to open a beachfront bar and grill in Florida?

I'm a sophomore in high school right now, so I'm trying to plan my future and what classes and what I should Major and Minor in in college. Opening a beachfront bar and grill is my dream so I want to do it right from the beginning to make sure it works out.
